Helalis is a scout in the slarrg invasion force, under the command of Pi'Mae, he and his riding bear, Clancy were instrumental in the destruction of Boulderdale. Helalis is one of the less obedient members of the group. Liable to bicker with other members particually the bard, Bane (Notveryniceatall) Norris. He will only follow orders if they seem the best course of action, despite this, his opinion is rarely considered highly.
Helalis is an oddity in the Slarrg army, a kasamaki elf and over 200 years old he is a skilled archer and has an affinity with nature. Adopting "Clancy" as his mount at the start of his first mission under Pi'Mae he was considered insane, but since training the bear it has become a dependable mount and is capable of following orders in the heat of battle, both as a mount and as an independant animal.
